Agenda: The Chancellor will discuss the current and future course of the flagship. What is a flagship? Against what measures should our flagship be compared? What are the key initiatives that we must pursue? Participants will discuss and provide feedback on these and related questions.

Following the session, Deans, Chairs, Unit Heads, Department Heads and Faculty will meet to continue the planning process for individual colleges/units.
