SERVICES:
- Provides legal and paralegal services for individuals with a low income
- Handles civil services only—most commonly with cases in family, consumer, public benefits, bankruptcy and housing law.
- Family law services include filing for divorce/separation, spousal abuse and representing parents when children are removed from the home by the state.
- Callers are assigned a worker who will screen for eligibility.
- Papers are filed on Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
