Interests:
Dr. Hoffman's research is primarily in the area of intervention for children's phonological disorders in the context of broader language disorders. Two of his articles received editor's awards in Language Speech and Hearing Services in the Schools. He is a fellow of the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Dr. Hoffman is also developing instructional software for college students studying phonetics.
