Building Services is a progressive, client oriented organization focused on delivering quality services including custodial services, emergency clean up, moving and hauling, special events support, recycling and energy conservation. Our department is responsible for the locking and unlocking of buildings, departmental moves, graduation and special events set up. We have a staff of over 200 employees and maintain over 8.5 million square feet of office, academic, research, and public areas. Our employees are trained in specialized floor care and basic sanitation and cleaning procedures and agents for various rest-rooms and multiple use areas. We also are involved in odor, rodent, and insect remediation.
