About Us
Facility Services provides customer conscious professionals trained to handle normal building maintenance in traditional physical plant operations, custodial, landscaping services, and preparations for special events to support the University's students, academic, research, and technical divisions.
Our department also offers estimating, design, planning and scheduling construction projects for University departments.
We can be reached seven days a week, including holidays, for work requests by contacting our Customer Service Center at 578-3186 or on-line.
During Christmas break (Dec 22 - Jan 2) on call staff will be available to manage tasks. In addition a holiday energy reduction plan has also been implemented. Information about these is available from our announcements page.

Our main office is located on CEBA Lane. Regular office hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
