Be Ye of Good Volunteer Cheer!
PlantFest! 2010 is on the books for Saturday, OCTOBER 2 – 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and Sunday, OCTOBER 3 from Noon – 4:00 pm. As we set about gathering our most valuable PlantFest! resource … our volunteers … we want to give you first dibs on:
- a. signing up for the volunteer job you have performed so willingly and so well in years past, or ...
- b. jumping on the garden cart early if this is your maiden volunteer voyage with us.
Please reply to this invitation to sign on or sign up for an encore performance by completing the PlantFest! 2010 Volunteer Form. Indicate the time slot(s) and job assignment(s) that best suit your needs and speeds and return the form to Hilltop ASAP, please!
You have our ever-present promise of a good time, good information, and good company plus perks a plenty:
- a special space and place under the fans at the Margaret Holmes Brown Pavilion reserved for “Volunteer Cheer’, in the form of snacks, cold drinks and rest;
- Saturday’s and Sunday’s Volunteers will be nurtured and nourished;
- all PlantFest! Volunteers will get 30% off plants remaining in inventory after the sale, beginning Tuesday, OCTOBER 5.
