Tuition Exemption Program

Eligibility

Full-time classified, professional and other academic (excluding faculty) employees
Full-time for at least one year
Approval from immediate supervisor and department head is required

Provisions

May register for up to 6 college credit hours per regular semester
May register for up to 3 college credit hours for summer term
Up to 3 hours per semester may be taken during work time if approved by supervisor

Reimbursement

All hours as described above are exempt from payment
Technology fees and Academic Excellence fees are not exempt (reimbursable) under this program
