Welcome to the Compensation website! The Compensation section of HRM provides technical advice to departments for staffing and reorganization (e.g. temporary hire, reassign work, overload assignment). This section must approve the classification and pay for all LSU jobs. In creating and reviewing positions, the section considers salary equity (e.g. gender and race) and title consistency with LSU policies.
