MEDICARE REFERENDUM MEETINGS
If you were hired prior to April 1, 1986 you may be eligible to participate in the Medicare Referendum Election. If you received prior notice from HRM that you are eligible, please join HRM and the Social Security Administration for an informational meeting on the upcoming Medicare Referendum Election.
Meetings will be held on: Monday, February 28, 2005 at 10:30 AM – Vet Med Auditorium
Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at 10:00 AM – Student Union, Vieux Carre Room
Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at 2:00 PM – Student Union, Vieux Carre Room
Wednesday, March 2, 2005 at 1:30 PM – CEBA Room 1109
Thursday, March 3, 2005 at 9:30 AM – Lockett Room 10
Before making the decision to pay into Medicare, we strongly encourage you to attend one of these meetings. Ballots will be mailed on March 24, 2005 to offer you the ONE-TIME, IRREVOCABLE ELECTION to begin contributions to Medicare effective April 1, 2005.

SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT ACCOUNT (SRA) PROVIDERS
Each SRA provider will be available on campus on a regular basis beginning in February. They will be available to you from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM in the 304 Thomas Boyd Conference Room. You may take this time to ask questions, enroll in an SRA Account and increase/decrease contributions to an existing account.
The shedule is as follows:
First Tuesday of every month beginning March 1, 2005 - Met Life
Second Tuesday of every month beginning March 8, 2005 - ING
(*ING will be available on Thursday, February 10 in lieu of Mardi Gras)
Third Tuesday of every month beginning February 15, 2005 - AIG VALIC
Fourth Tuesday of every month beginning February 22, 2005 - TIAA-Cref
