I need an employee parking permit?

Faculty and Staff may obtain an employee parking permit when employment is verified by presentation of a copy of the Personnel Action Form (PAF) to the Office of Parking, Traffic & Transportation in the Public Safety Building on South Stadium Road between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.

There are three plans for employee parking:
  • A PLAN: This is a free parking plan that is available to faculty/staff. It is limited to A or X lots (see map and regulations for exact locations). It also does not allow driving on restricted streets between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
  • B PLAN: This plan allows for unreserved spaces in the center of campus. These areas are along the streets and in specific lots (see map/regulations for specific areas). The cost for this plan is available on the Parking, Traffic, and Transportation website and may be payroll deducted. New employees will have to pay in advance until payroll deductions for parking may be started. Employees with B Plan may park in a student area if their office is located in that area.
  • C PLAN: This plan provides guaranteed reserved parking in a specific lot. These areas are primarily in gated lots. The cost for this plan is available on the Parking, Traffic, and Transportation website and may be payroll deducted. New employees will have to pay in advance before parking deductions begin. Assignment to C parking is by first-come, first-serve determined by a waiting list. Individuals wanting C parking may put their name on the waiting list and completing the waiting list form at the Parking and Traffic Office.
