 | A visitor to campus is defined as a person who is not affiliated with the University as an employee or student. This definition excludes those persons, including spouses and family members, who operate a vehicle on campus for the benefit or convenience of an employee or a student. For a nominal fee, parking on campus is available to visitors. Most visitor spaces on campus are located on the edge of the center of campus near Pleasant Hall at the Visitor Center, the LSU Union, Thomas Boyd Hall, North & South Stadium Roads, Patrick Taylor Hall (formerly CEBA), and the Faculty Club. A visitor who cannot find a parking space in a visitor area may park in any other available unreserved parking space, providing a visitor permit has been obtained from the Visitor Center, Dalrymple Drive at Highland Road. A visitor, including a spouse or parent, who is driving a vehicle in accordance with University regulations governing vehicles bearing that particular permit. A visitor permit may be obtained from the Visitor Center. A visitor who receives a ticket is asked to comply with the instructions on the back of the ticket. |
