Requesting a Speaker from Career Services
The Career Services team is available to speak to classes, organizations and groups of students, faculty, staff and/or alumni. Please note the following guidelines before you request a speaker.

Deadline for Requests
We try to accommodate all speaker requests. However, high demand for speakers means that requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the speaking engagement.
Available Times for Speaking Engagements
Staff members are available to speak any day of the week. Speaking engagements that begin after 7:30 p.m. will not be accommodated. Note to faculty: please make sure one of our staff members is available before adding us to your syllabus.
Confirmation of Requests
A few days after your request is submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirming that a speaker has been scheduled or notifying you that there is not a staff member available to speak. Your assigned speaker will contact you one to two days prior to the speaking engagement to address last-minute details.
