Employer Drive-In Workshop
This annual event, a one-day workshop, will teach everything you need to know to have a successful recruiting season at LSU. Includes panels, presentations, and roundtables that vary each year.

Evening Presentations
Some employers who participate in the On-Campus Interviewing Program choose to schedule evening presentations for the evening before their day of interviews. Employers use information sessions to explain their organizations to students, rather than use interview time for this purpose; others use these sessions to observe and interact with the interview candidates in a less structured environment.
Career Services can coordinate catering and audiovisual equipment needs for evening presentations. These services require a fee by the respective offices on campus.
Information on making arrangements for either of these events can be obtained through Courtney L. Edwards, assistant director, Employment Services, by calling 225-578-2162.

Career Panels
Each fall and spring semester, our office hosts career panels; each featuring professionals from a specific career field or industry who share information and advice with students interested in that field/industry. If you are interested in being considered as a panelist for future career panels, contact Jesse Downs, assistant director of Job Search.
Faculty and Student Organizations
One of the hardest parts of connecting with students is finding a captive audience! Partnering with a faculty member or student organization can help. Contact academic departments and student organizations well in advance to either arrange a personal visit or promote a planned visit to LSU.

Both The Reveille and Tiger Weekly are local publications covering LSU, and they are widely read by students. Be sure to mention any appropriate tie-ins with Career Services to increase credibility and so students will associate you with our event/program promotions (e.g., "Visit ABC Company Thursday at the Career Expo!" or "ABC Company is hiring 6 interns through Career Service's On-Campus Interviewing Program").
Tiger Network
Tiger Network is a free, low-commitment mentoring system that connects LSU students with alumni and friends of LSU. Learn more.
