Interviewing Events

Art & Design Interviewing Day: February 19, 2010
Employers recruit students in art and design for part-time, full-time, internship and/or co-op positions.

On-Campus Interviewing Program: September 21 - November 20
Employers recruit students through Careers2Geaux (formerly TigerTRAK), then visit campus to conduct interviews for full-time, part-time, internship and co-op positions.

Construction Interviewing Day: March 5, 2010
Employers recruit students in Construction Management and Civil and Industrial Engineering for full-time, part-time, internship and co-op positions.

Teacher Interviewing Day: Wednesday, March 17, 2010
Employers interview students and alumni for full-time teaching, counseling, librarian and social work positions.


Exploration, Networking, and/or Recruiting Events

Career Expo: February 9, 2010
Information gathering and job search event featuring companies and graduate and professional schools in all fields. Network, explore, find a job.

E. J. Ourso College of Business Networking Reception: February 8, 2010
Recruiters visit with Business students only on the evening prior to the Career Expo.

College of Engineering Networking Reception: February 8, 2010
Recruiters visit with Engineering students only on the evening prior to the Career Expo.

Summer Jobs Fair: March 18, 2010
Camps, resorts and other business recruit students for positions during summer 2010.

Networking Night at Manship: March 30, 2010
Communications professionals visit with Mass Communication and Pre-Mass Communication students and share information about internship, part-time and/or full-time opportunities, if available.

Career Occupational Preference System Administration: November 12
The COPS is a pencil-and-paper career assessment consisting of a comprehensive battery of tests that includes an interest inventory, a set of abilities tests, and a values inventory.
