Reservation Process

Conference groups must have a University sponsor and must receive approval from the Office of Financial and Administrative Services (FAS). Contact (FAS) to request permission to host your event on campus. The number for FAS is 225– 578–3386.

To reserve a space, please click on the following link and apply online:
Conference Housing Reservation Request.

From the information in this form, the group sponsor will receive a Conference Housing Agreement. The sponsor will sign and return the Agreement and return it with a $300.00 deposit within 14 days from the mailing date. The sponsor is responsible for payment of room and linen charges, any damage charges, lost keys, and excessive cleaning.
