Other Frequently Asked Questions
How will you measure attendance at events?
Each participant will be emailed/given a form that outlines the various types of events. Bring this form with you to an event, and make certain that the event organizer signs off on your form. Also, as part of your reflection paper, you will be asked to speak to your experience at each event.
When can I sign up?
Enrollment in the CLEAR Leaders Certification Program is rolling. That means, you can sign up at any time during the Spring or Fall semesters. You will be responsible for making sure that you attend the complete number of events.
How will I know which events are part of the program?
There are two different ways we will communicate what events are upcoming. First, you will receive an email every two weeks identifying upcoming opportunities and what specific categorical requirements those events fall into. Also, all events will be identified on the brand new Campus Life Master Calendar.
By going to: www.lsu.edu/studentcalendar you will see a list of all upcoming student events. Simply click on an event, read the description, and you will notice if this event is part of the certification program or not as well as what category the event falls into.
