NOVEMBER 2007—HOMECOMING PARADE
Just pure fun! The center, parents, children, and the LSU Panhellenic Council hosted their annual LSU Homecoming parade in February. Each family decorated a wagon, tricycle, or mock float and paraded around the center.
SEPTEMBER 2007—GRANDPARENT'S DAY
Grandparents are a huge part of each child's life and to the growth of the center. We appreciate all that they do! In September the center, parents, children, and the LSU Panhellenic Council helped celebrate all the Grandparents with an open house and Scholastic Book Fair. It was great fun!
FEBRUARY 2007—MARDI GRAS PARADE
Just pure fun! The center hosted their first Mardi Gras parade in February. Each family decorated a wagon, tricycle, or mock float and paraded around the center.
APRIL 207—TINY TIGER FEST
The Tiny Tiger Fest is the center's annual fundraiser and family spring day. The event is hosted by the CCC parents in partnership with the center administration. Along with the family fun events, there is also a silent auction. All items are donated by local businesses and center parents. The money raised goes directly to the center for teacher enrichment programs, continuing education, and facility upgrades. |
