Food for Thought

Fast food is in the news today everywhere you look: lawsuits by obese clientele, blaming the restaurants, restaurants attempting to provide healthier alternatives to the traditional fatty choices, news about the epidemic of obesity in children, and most recently the movie Super Size Me.

Whose fault is it?
This bibliography provides articles that explore different topics from the book, from different angles. When you read these articles, we encourage you to ask questions, and try to see the topic from different points of view.

Some of these articles are only accessible on the LSU campus or to LSU students. They are grouped by how to access them, with instructions. If you have trouble accessing the full text of an article, please
Ask a Librarian for help.
