 | Eligibility/Retention of Users
- At the present time, LSU Baton Rouge students are eligible to utilize the Tiger Bytes storage system.
- The eligibility of an individual to have a storage account and the amount of storage generally available to a student is determined by agreements reached between Student Government Associations, individual colleges, and the Office of Computing Services.
- Tiger Bytes storage accounts remain active until the next full semester following one of the following events:
- a student graduates. The account remains active for 6 months following graduation.
- following the end of the student’s last enrolled semester, where a student resigns or is not enrolled for a future semester. The account remains active for 2 weeks following the end of the semester.
- following completion of an eligible course. The account remains active for 2 weeks following the end of the semester.
- seperation of faculty or staff from the University
- no activity on the LSU Windows account for 6 consecutive months. The account remains active for 2 weeks following the end of the semester.
